Chris Lowe

Chris is an internationally experienced Chartered Accountant with a record of implementing change in challenging companies and environments.  He is a recipient of the Project Finance Deal of the Year (1997); has advised on a wide variety of fund-raising and acquisitions in the UK and overseas; and holds the Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Directors’ Diploma in Company Direction.

Julia Townsend

Julia is a Chartered Accountant and former senior manager in Arthur Andersen’s Financial Markets Division. An experienced and commercially aware finance professional, Julia brings particular skills in adding value to clients' businesses.

Colin Black

A Chartered Accountant with many years experience as a Finance Director, Colin bought his own business via a Management Buy Out, grew it both organically and by acquisition, successfully exiting in 2004. He is an experienced consultant specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions, fund-raising (debt and equity) and, as a non-executive director for both private and public companies, he has been involved in a range of projects from recovery to AIM floatation. He is an active member of the City Livery Company the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.

Laurence Gergel

Laurence is a Chartered Accountant with several years experience in investment banking and structured finance. He was formerly Property Finance Director of Nabarro Nathanson and currently holds a non-executive directorship of FIBI Bank (UK) plc, as well as being a member of the bank’s credit committee. He has advised on tax, insolvency and corporate recovery.

Alastair Dodwell

Alastair is a sales and marketing professional with many years experience in the technology sector and has worked for several leading software companies in the UK, US and Australia. He spent a dozen years in Silicon Valley where he was instrumental in a number of start up companies. He holds a BSC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management.
