We provide an initial evaluation of the existing business and rapidly list the realistic options and present a recovery plan to the board. Once the plan is approved we work closely with management to execute the plan and start creating value. Colobus provides expertise in restructuring and finance as wells as day to day business management and sales leadership. We also focus on creativity and look for and evaluate all options.
